Elizabeth Woodville School is part of the Tove Learning Trust a highly successful, growing multi-academy trust. We are a thriving, aspirational, and inclusive 11-18 comprehensive community school with approximately 1100 students. Our school is located on two sites: Roade in Northamptonshire and Deanshanger on the outskirts of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. Teaching Assistant - EWS Roade
Teaching Assistant required for our Roade campus
32.5 hours/week; 39 weeks/year; 8.30 - 3.30 Monday to Fridays, term time plus training days
Fixed Term for 1 year - to 31 August 2026

We are a thriving community school looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to provide SEND support to EHCP students within an established team. This is fixed term position to 31 August 2026. You will work with school staff and students providing learning support to students across the school.
Applicants should have an interest in flexible learning methods, and a commitment to promoting self-esteem. Experience of working with young people in the 11 - 16 age range would be an advantage but is not essential. A good standard of literacy and numeracy, GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English are required for this post.
The successful candidate will:
· Have experience of working with young people
· Be approachable and flexible
· Be committed to promoting self esteem
· Have to meet the person specification and will be required to apply for a DBS disclosure and sign up to the updates service
· Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
