We require a part time Receptionist for 2 days a week (Thursdays & Fridays) for our front of house reception area at our Deanshanger site. Working in this busy reception area, the successful applicant will have a professional and confident and friendly manner.  You will be responsible for answering the telephones, dealing with staff, student and parent queries and greeting and signing in all visitors as well as supporting colleagues with general admin duties. You will have a good understanding of Word, Excel, Google Drive. 

The successful candidate must:

●       be well organised,

●       be professional, enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude,

●       have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy,

●       remain calm and work well under pressure,

●       meet the person specification and will be required to apply for a DBS disclosure.

 Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

We are looking for someone who can ensure the smooth and effective running of Student Services at our Roade village Campus. You will be an enthusiastic, flexible, hard-working team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a friendly approach to students, staff and parents. You will be required to undertake first aid training and provide first aid for students as and when required. A good level of IT skills with the ability to work on your own initiative sometimes to short deadlines. This position is an integral part of our team.

 The successful candidate will:

●       Be well organised

●       Be professional, enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude

●       Have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

●       Work well under pressure

●       Have to meet the person specification and will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS Certificate
