We have 2 vacancies for energetic, confident and creative Cover Supervisors to join Team EWS.

You will provide effective classroom cover in a range of classes and subjects in response to unforeseen short term teacher absence. 

You will be required to ensure good order is maintained in the classroom and pupils keep to task. 

With the ability to relate to young people and experience of working with groups of young people, you will have a broad knowledge of qualifications taught in schools and be educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

We are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Coordinator to provide efficient and effective support across both our sites to all members of the school in their requirements for printed materials.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to produce all printed material required by the school, including administration documents, newsletters, teaching materials and any other copying as required as well as maintaining an awareness of budget constraints and negotiating with suppliers to get the best value prices for paper and stock equipment. Ensure the upkeep of the reprographics equipment and to act as the lead for the school in the specialist area of reprographics.

The successful candidate will:

·        Have experience of using reprographics equipment

·        Have the ability to relate well to children and adults

·        Work well under pressure

·        Have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

·        Meet the person specification and will be required to apply for a DBS disclosure and register for the annual updates service

·        Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Training and development opportunities will be offered. All staff are encouraged to study further, and the trust will actively support staff to obtain relevant further qualifications where possible.

You will be required to work at either our Roade & Deanshanger Campus depending on shifts being covered

20 hrs a week, 42 weeks a year - Monday – Friday; 2pm -7pm Shift

This is a unique opportunity for a flexible, hardworking individual to join our team. A key element to the role is to cover shift absences so your shifts could vary, but will generally be between 2pm – 7pm at either Roade or Deanshanger.

You will be supporting the Premises Manager with the maintenance and repairs of all areas of the school on both sites, including health & safety and security.  You may also be asked to carry out transport duties so a full driving licence is required. Experience of working in a school setting would be advantageous but is not essential. Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be physically fit.

The successful candidate:

·      Must be flexible and available for shifts at relatively short notice
